I did mine in the van, I cut one coil off of my springs and now when the suspension is hanging down the spring is just loose,
so there is only about an 30mm of compression (without the weight of the van) on a standard spring.
the springs are rather chunky, they hardly compress/uncompress at all.

Been in geelong 5 years now Raised in Heyfield Vic, Moved to wangaratta for 18 months The missuse left me with 2 teens and a 2yr, so we moved to geelong, Dont get out much I spend most of my time at the play ground and all that stuff lol, Thats why I got my beddie I go in the shed work on the bed and my daughter hosts her friends and I listen for disputes and cries BUT as she gets older the more freedom I get lol. Spent the day at luna park with one of her friends yesterday. I stood and watched for 8 hrs and they had a blast lol THe biggest downer is I have to stop drinkin for awhile because I got a touch of pancuritus (DAM) im on the facebook (ozfreerider1) Cheers
