The Beer Prayer

The Beer Prayer
Our lager,
Which art in barrels,
Hallowed be thy drink.
It will be drunk,
at home as in the tavern.
Give us this day our foamy head,
And forgive us our spillages
As we forgive those who spill against us.
And lead us not into incarceration,
But deliver us from hangovers.
For thine is the beer, the bitter
and the lager.
Forever and ever,
Barmen!
good  beer comes in green cans

G'day

Whenever you are hard done by there is always someone worse off. There are a lot of days I have a hard time finding someone worse off.

I love a cold oldie but I suffer from a horrendous hereditary affliction... I am allergic to hops and anything with hops in it such as beer. One beer gives me a hangover like I have had a carton or 2.

So enjoy your prayers and the high priests and priestesses ( barmen and barmaids) who serve you.
The problem I have is that most of my stories end with... and that is why I am not allowed to go back there!

The best things about worshiping beer are:

It comes in so many denominations:

The high priestesses know want you want:

or is it just?:

The problem I have is that most of my stories end with... and that is why I am not allowed to go back there!
