type in "supra clutch cable" without the talking marks into the search box above your first post.

anything that mentions those three words will pop up. then just click on the thread titles above each snippet and it will take you to all the previous threads where "supra clutch cables" have been mentioned.

right clicking on the thread titles and opening them in new tabs makes it faster as the original search remains intact and you do not have to repeat the search again..... just work down the mentions.

from a quick scan the cables are Frankenstein... alot of people have problems with them snapping and a hydraulic clutch seems to be the answer... or put in a new cable one and put up with the continued snapping...

Do the search

And I will say again - if you get to the problem of the braking cable - and fix it you wont have problems in the future.

Its quite a while since I fixed mine (like 4 or 5 years) and I think it was CJ trucks in Bayswater (there is a thread on them here somewhere) that got it for me, but look for cable makers in your area because they should be able to do it for you as well.

My isses were

Cracked firewall with a bodge fix - I welded the cracks and a thick washer for reinforcing - no more problems.

Worn and incorrectly adjusted clutch fork - built up the pins on the clutch fork and correctly adjusted it.

No more problems
