Well done Hotrod!  ;)

I got a spare runner, so I'll pop down the bearing shop and see what I can find. If I find the right part I'll post a pick for everyone!

Well done Hotrod, saves me gettin em made! ;)

Peace

Fixed!
Went to the local bearing shop with bearing runner in hand and found a bearing that fitted in
(606llv) $5
Tube of sikaflex $18
Removed the old shattered plastic bearing and filed the 'mushroom' off the end of the mounting post and then tried to fit the bearing
Post just too big so I filed it a little off and press fitted the bearing (vicegrips)
hey pressto window goes up and down. 8)

even looked at shower door roller door bearing but just too big to fit in runner.
NO MORE TIMBER HOLDING WINDOW UP!
If you like it do it, If you like it a lot do it a lot!
