Wanted frond end rubber bushes
« on: November 02, 2009, 10:20:17 PM »
Hello. I am trying to find upper and lower control arm rubber bushes and cross member to body RUBBER bushes
I have found polyurethane bushes with and without an outer steel collar but am concerned the road noise will travel thru .I am running light truck tires.

May the Bedforce be with you

Try contacting Joel in NZ. He has put polyurethane throughout (so have i) but his van is running (mines not!)- he should be able to give you the heads up on road noise.

I've got polyurethane (or whatever the red ones are) throughout the front and road noise isn't bad at all.
Something on the floor would probably help too  :D
Taking off the mags and going to one ton rims with LT tyres made it heaps quieter and the steering lighter
