thinking a bout mounting my spare wheel on the left hand rear door any one done this if so how do the hinges hold up
good  beer comes in green cans

hey grandad they dont even hold up without a tyre mounted on the door. cant imagine how the door would close with an extra 10kg!!

you can have a swivel mounting frame mounted of the hinge thou. works well and no extra strain on the dor. ill have a pic somewhere it think.

mine is mounted to the rear door hinges havent had many problems over the 15 years or so mine has been mounted.
Just customize it!
