hey greg nice one bro!! i can relate to your trip lol. done that a fair few times..

one that stands out is i lost all my wheel nuts except 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what happened was for some reason someone had commadore nuts on it. they kept coming undone! i kept on tigtening them up ever 5 mins

i was driving through a power station. supplys 80% of melbournes power. the security dudes got real nervous and rang the cops. they thought i was casing the joint. sent the cops out who were up really tight ofcourse.

i gave them a really blank sily look like what are you guys on??

they thought i was a terrorist????

anyway dad drove the van home and it sounded like a helicopter by the time it got home. with onlt 1 wheel nut. snapped studs it was all going on!!

anyway welcome to the site bro and keep the beddy stories up.

ben

ahhh beddie stories, thats not bad, last van I bought was only 20 minutes from my place but took I think from memory nearly 3 hours to get it home, same probs really except found out later that the lpg/petrol switch was only half on and was starvingthe motor of petrol .... oh and the overheating of course (how can the radiator boil after 10 minutes driving ... oh joy, the challenges of owning a beddie, welcome aboard bro
ekm ...... never lead with your chin, let others lead with theirs
