16" Tyres - keeping it legal
« on: May 28, 2009, 06:40:11 PM »
Can I get 4x4 mags (or other high load) drilled to holden HQ stud pattern? …....16”x8”
And then theres the offset.....
Just playing around with ideas........
Bridgestone do a 16” LT low profile tyre ,the Duravis 215/60R16C, which is legal (ei +/- 15mm from standard, rated to 875kg and 170kph) – haven't priced it yet,

probably more than the van ;)

You should be able to find a 4x4 mag off the shelf that will fit the HQ stud pattern, if not most manufacturers or their agent can get them drilled for you.
