Diffs / bedford f250 diff
« on: December 03, 2014, 06:50:53 PM »
Hi all

i have a beford camper that has had a diff conversion done benfore i purchased it and i found the reciepts in the van which answered a few of my questions except for one, WHY
my van has a f250 dana 60 diff fitted with the flaoting axels and the huge centre hub.
i believe it has the standard bedford stud pattern.
The van has a 173 and 4 speed and at 100 ks an hour it revs at 3200 rpm and it sound like the engine is screaming.
i am thinking of changing the diff to a beddy one with the boargwarner conversion but somebody has gone to alot of trouble to fit this diff.
has anybody done this conversion or heard of it  being done?

Cheers guys

Wanted / looking for a diff
« on: September 21, 2014, 04:24:45 PM »
Hi all

im looking for a diff for my 77 cf beddy, the main reason is I have a dana 60 in it at the moment and the centre hub is huge which limits wheel choices.
also I am about to convert front to disc brakes which will be either ford or holden stud pattern, just seeing if anybody has anything kicking around that I could bolt in with either ford or holden stud pattern.

cheers, Dave
