Lucky my van is under cover, not so lucky for my other car, which has a broken windscreen and about 100 dints. We also have a verandah with a perspex roof which now looks like a seive. 3 broken windows and about 20 broken tiles!

Cheers for the advice on the flares last week guys,
I have decided to go for metal flares, instead of fibreglass ones, and once the panelbeater has finished fixing the rust in the rest of the van, I will take it to the wheel shop and look for some wide deep dish wheels and then get the flares made to suit. When I get a chance I'll take some photos to show u guys my progress. I am actually also in need of some other panels if anyone has any to sell (all the common rust spots!) I am in need of both rear barn doors in good nick Possibly a side door in good nick And a rear left hand side quarter panel. My existing doors are fairly rusted down the bottom, and quarter panel is stuffed, I am happy too pay for good ones Also Ben, I will have to give you a call soon about a fibreglass bonnet, Thanks again, I will keep you updated, Owen 10

Hey Guys, I'm also looking at putting flares/arches on my CF shorty, but I was talking too a panel beater about fibreglass ones, and blending them into the van, but he seemed to think moisture would get in and it would rust b/w. And that they only do that on show cars that don't get driven/ go near moisture, He said I should just mount them on the outside.
But here I am trawling through all these photos/ gallerys and they are all glassed on. (I dont like the idea of just sticking them on either) Have any of u guys had any problems with this, or is this panel beater just old fashoned, Cheers Owen
