I have asked before on this forum, however surely somebody knows where I can get my hands on a window winder mechanism!!!! Its bloody hot in S.A and my drivers side window is permanently jammed up, I really need this part.. please help!!!

Hey all,
I am in desperate need of the mechanism for drivers side window (my window is jammed up because it doesn't work) with summer coming fast I wouldn't mind being able to wind it up and down, to let a little breeze through!
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm quite lucky I have a mechanic/ panel beater for a dad!!
Im not going to rush into anything, my last van I bought I fell in love with and it caused me a mound of problems with the diff and wheel bearings etc.
So this te round I want to make sure it's pretty sound before buying anything!'
