Thanks for all the help. Cleaned and sprayed the thread bolt. Will jack up the beast tomorrow and have another go. After that, it will be time for a speedo repair

I don't have a cog wheel adjuster. All I see is a long thread with a square end. I'm guessing that this is what I have to adjust

Hi everyone new to bedfords and never adjusted these drums before, done plenty of others before Is it the same jack up and turn wheel till just touching and is it clockwise on the bolt. And finally would i WD the bolt first and will a shifter do Thanks any help will be appricated John

hey all .. name's John .. recently bought myself a 1978 cf bedford .. been wanting one since I was about 6 or 7. Needs a bit of work, but seems to be in pretty good condition apart from some rust
