Beddie sold today to a bloke very keen to build a nice van out of it. Hope he does. I gave him this web site address so you can expect to hear from him.

Best of luck to all.

Hi Matte

No positive camber, just standard. Maybe the little fat wheels make it look a bit funny in the photos. It drives very nicely. Just heavy steering at parking speed. Noisy inside at freeway speed because there is nothing inside. Like being inside a big drum. Needs someone to love it and spend the time to fit it out. Was a white delivery van when I bought it nearly 13 years ago.

For Sale / Beddie Van for sale in Perth
« on: February 22, 2010, 08:11:33 PM »
My CF SWB Van is for sale. It has been stored in a shed for the past few years but has always been licensed and roadworthy. I drove it from Mandurah to Perth today. Goes sweet.

A couple of years before it went into storage it had a recon 202 Holden motor and Trimatic trans professionally fitted and a highway diff installed. Many minor things were done to improve reliability including radiator rebuild, rebuilt carb, new alternator, new brake linings, new tie rod end, new rear door hinges. Steering, brakes and mechanicals in excellent condition. Has near new tyres on alloy wheels.

Body had minor rust removed and full repaint in 2 pack paint by panel shop a few years ago but rust is reappering in the usual places.

Has Sigma seats and rear folding bench seat but otherwise bare interior. An excellent starting point for a project car.

Open to negotiation but start around $3,000.

Can't seem to attach a photo so I'll send to anyone interested.
