Buying a Bedford / gutters

hey everyone finally am able to start my resto got a fair bit of rust on the gutter and roof and been chatting to a few people and they reckon I should grind the gutters off and mig them I'm not so sure. any advice would be welcome also does anyone know of a panel beater who doesnt run to the hills when you mention bedford vans
