Maintenance / 3300 model information.

Hi! Greetings from finland!
Whether 3300 were available for other models than ambulances etc? Model years, Is it available both SWB and LWB? etc. All kind of information is interested. In vauxpedia it says that in Britain there were 3300 ambulances. And there read just about the 2850 engine on Australian models. Wikipedia says only that 2850 and 3300 was available at Australia. All brochures, parts catalog etc I found cover only 2850 engine models.
And is there available 2300 slant engine? Does somebody knows what kind of differences is between Australian (especially 3300 6 cyl model) and British models? Is there some kind of differences in front subframe? Rear shocks are different. Sometimes I have seen ambulance subframes for sale, and read that ambulances have different subframe and that its used also on 3300 model. Is Australian differences only in 6 cyl models and 2300 model is exact(or very close) same as in Britain(and other Europe)?
