Super/stupid light mate. Was worse with no tray on it that's for sure. Traction can be a bit of an issue, especially on grass!!

Took a few pics of Stumpy today, finally got the tray on and the back welded in properly, had to put in a lexan rear window as the glass one wouldn't quite fit..the previous owner had dodgily tacked the back into place and it was a bit tight for the glass

Introduce Yourself / FINALLY!!!« on: November 19, 2014, 07:08:55 AM »
Hi all, finally able to access this site after about 20 tries over the last month or so.....only took me to move from the middle of nowhere to a small village where the reception is good without a booster...but here I am. Thanks to Wendy Hall for her patience with my impatience!!!
OK so we own an 80 CF Hi-top camper running a 202 4 speed. Fuel pump failure the other day on the side of the road so I got a lift to the nearest mates (20klm from breakdown point) and borrowed an electric one, plumbed it in to the failed mechanical one and wired the pos up to the dimmer switch on the floor, lights on-fuel pump on, lights off, pump off. Funny how we have every part on board except a fuel pump, always the way. We also have a CF cab chassis running a 253 auto setup. A recent purchase bought from the FB site from Toowoomba for the lowly price of $1350 delivered the 2.5 hrs!! An absolute steal I assure you. Now has a steel tray that's been trimmed, only a very little ways from being on the road, then the mods can begin... We also have a 1980 Suzuki Carry, with 26,000original klms on the clock, bought from an elderly client now gone into care. A good mate of mine so this will be kept in his memory. A WB Holden Kingswood utility, another 253 but a LOT hotter than the CF. Oh and my lovely fiance' drives an i30 Hundy UGH!! (at least she's looking for an Austin Healey Sprite!!) Looking forward to this site finally, glad to be on board, thanks. Troy
