Title: Wanted for CF2

I am having trouble with squealing front disc brakes. Just got the Haynes manual and it looks like I need some anti-squeal shims. Anyone have an idea where I can get them from? My vehicle is a 1988 CF2 ex-Kiwi Navy ambulance. Thanks.
