Here are links to the CF Workshop Manual. Its the UK one so doesn't feature the Holden drivetrain that was used in Oz; the Supplementary Manual near the end outlines the differences:

No worries happy to help.  Well picked up about the missing section. I can see you are in Belgium. In Australia, Bedfords had local carbies installed so I don't think anyone noticed the missing section up to now. I have scanned what I've got and added it to the UK link above. I might have some info on diesels too, if you need anything specific let me know.

This is a UK focused site which might have some relevant info to your van.
