Title: Clutch Q

I am swapping my 3 speed box to a 4 speed behind the 186 shortly and am wondering if the clutch needs altering ( will bung in a new one ) .
I`ve noticed there`s clutch plates with 4 springs & plates with 6 springs . Is there a difference in performance / etc ?
What are people using in my set-up?

i was running the standard excedy GMK-6053 clutch (heavy duty one tends to brake cables) got one for $200
