Has anybody done this?
Would love to see some pics.....

-
Hiya
now thats a tidy looking old gal :)
-
Thats one nice looking lil neddie, is she the same condition on all 4 sides?
-
Yea pretty good all round. Some bog in normal places but will do that when new engine in.
-
Nice n straight,
Cool lookin colour as well.
-
Hi Carlos, welcome aboard. Nice score bud she's a beauty!
The only LS1 conversion so far is a chap over east Oz who has put one in a SWB and converted it to an overlander (can't remember name /sorry) he should be close to finished now, (although we all know Finished- never exists) in Beddie'ville
It needs to be done and shouldn't be any harder than any V8 engine conversion.... IF your savvy enough..
-
Ok the engine is in! So much more to do tho.....
-
Carlos, your van looks familiar. Are you based in NZ ?
-
Yea I am in west auckland.......
-
Cool, if memory serves me correctly a guy called Waseem owned your van a year or so back. He drove it down to Dunedin and that was the last I heard. Is it the same van, its a pretty distinctive colour.
-
Yea, thnik he said the wife didn't like it...
-

Where in aucks are you Gordon?
Hi Carlos, I'm in Kohimarama (near Mission Bay)
-
Any idea where I can get the original colour for my van? Needs painting soon.....
-
most paint places should be able to mix it up if you give them the paint code of the ID plate.
