I'm a big advocate for the efi vk 3.3 (check My Shed).

You don't have to change any engine or gearbox mounts.
You don't have to change the clutch or torque converter.
You don't have to change the speedo drive.
You don't have to change the gear selector.
You don't have to change the prop shaft.
You just run the new exhaust, the electrics and the plumbing which you also have to do for the V6 anyway.
I'm unconvinced that the V6 is as tough as red/blue/black engines. The extra peripherals cause extra failures.
The EFI VK 3.3 is dirt cheap.

Here are some links that I have found about 3.3 EFI and mods including supercharging:

Chris,
Where did you get your 'Gas Research' system from - the one you had running on a 202?
Can you please give me the run down on the compnents that made up that system.
What size throttle body and mixer etc I am looking at slapping a GR system on my mild 202.
Any info specific to the exact components of the system you ran would be great.
Thanks
Jd

Hey Jock i've been told that the imco 425 flows better/more than the GR throttle body.

G'day
I bought it all setup.
The wife of the bloke I bought it off said that "it was bloody expensive".
The GR system is tuned with tapered needles by someone who knows what they are doing, so you would need to make sure that there is someone nearby who can do it.
What there is:
stock blue 3.3 motor
winged sump
ARP rod bolts
Yella Terra gas head
Yella Terra rolla rockers
Voodoo gas cam
ICE systems distributor
VK injection manifold
Pacemaker extractors
GR throttle body, condensor, etc
3 speed manual gearbox
And yes it goes hard.

Chris
