Post by: BeerBeddy on August 27, 2013, 12:19:04 PM
Hi all. Chasing a spring for an Autosleeper Bedford camper. There are 2 that help lift the roof,  I have the right hand one, I need the left one.

Anyone able to help?

Thanks

Hey Baz, I've been looking but I can't see them. Perhaps not listed any more. If you can find them again (coz you know where to look) and post the link, that would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Sure will check it out, can't remember if they where new or used, just came up as I was looking on there under Bedford and I wondered what they were, and was as you stated.

Hi Beerbeddy,

Try Adrian at Adrian Bailey Classics in the UK www.roverland.eu (http://www.roverland.eu)
If Adrian can't help you himself he usually knows where else to try.

I've source a good few parts from him and have always found him to be reliable.

Cheers Gordon

Hi all, kinda re posting this. Have done not so good with the advice/help here. Can get a spring made locally but $100 is up there. Still hoping someone has one lying in their shed and wants a whole lot less for it. Van is painted now and going back together so the spring issue, whilst not a deal stopper, is now becoming more important.

Regards

Have you tried bedford manor? he's not overly cheap in price, but usually has a fairly good range of parts
