Gidday guys and gals
does anyone know the best place to buy a boss kit for a cfs

Repco had a boss kit and woodgrain wheel advertised in their junkmail for $99

but guess what, they can't get a boss kit for a beddy as they "don't make em"

I got mine from Rarespares. But it took forever to turn up... About 9 Months! Luckily I was in no rush ah!

Though I do have a spare on now, it's for a Mountney steering wheel. Looks like this if you're interested. Haven't had it on my van, but will confirm it's A.O.K...

Hey Hotrod Autobarn can get them from SAAS about $65 for the boss plus the wheel. You need to know how many bolts hold the wheel to the boss 5, 6, or 12.

Just tried Autobarn and they had to ring saas to find out if they still made them and had them in stock
Answer yes  $90.00 just for the boss :(
Can anyone find or know of better than that? ??? ??? ???

paid $80 for mine 2 years ago from supercheap that was the good bit .  took 11 months to get it . got a woodgrain stearing wheel for $40 ???

I got mine from repco $90. look up the part number in the old site forum. Its the same fit as the transit van.

Sorry don't have the part number, just tell them CF Bedford, there are two types, one for early and one for later CF (mk1 and mk2) can't get the early one anyway, the later one fits the early van though.

yes I have heard that early CFs are different from later ones,
 what I want to know is if the transit boss fits and if so which one.

Thanks for the links vintageholden, but im in Portugal and trying to find a boss in Europe...

I have found some for Ford Transits but I don't know if they will fit!

I sussed out a part number, not sure how universal it is

SAAS BK26L
