Hi All
I'm on the hunt for a set of back axle U bolts to suit a multi leaf setup. My current U bolts are for a single leaf setup. Current U bolts measure about 150mm in length. I estimate the multi leaf equivalents to be in the region of about 200mm long.
Cheers Gordon

Did you try the Lovells agent?
Website: www.suspensioncity.co.nz (http://www.suspensioncity.co.nz)
Think they are in Hamilton.
Or maybe better still a trailer supply company.
They definitely have different u bolts.
Even try truck ones

Thanks VanWolf. I'll give suspensioncity a try. I've already tried Trailcom here in Auckland without success. Steelmasters reckon they can make them up for me. Waiting to hear back how much they will cost, but guessing they won't be cheap.

Hey Gordon,
I'll check tonight. I'm sure I have a set of U bolts in the garage but not sure what length they are.
I'll let you know.
Cheers,
Garry.

Hi Gordon,
Sorry it's taken a while to get back to you. Life's been rather hectic lately.
I have found 2 sets of U bolts, one short (around 160mm) and one long (around 200mm). Let me know if you still need them.
Cheers,
Garry.

Hi Garry, I appreciate you looking. Unfortunately I placed an order to have some made up on Friday. Price is $12 each, so not too bad. The 200mm ones sound about right for the multi leaf setup. Thanks again for going to all that trouble for me Garry. Cheers Gordon

Hey Garry, sorry that we have been so scarce of late. The CF1 is consuming every spare waking hour at the moment as I am mid way through the engine swap from the red van. Aiming to get everything done by summer .. funds permitting.
