Hey just wondering if anyone has done a stretched Beddy. I've just bought a van for parts. It has a rough body. Was thinking of do a stretch on it in the future instead of completely wrecking it out and junking it.
Any thoughts? Has it been done? Any pics?

this one has been posted once before:

34 feet is bit long to drive with out a pivot I would think
I am extending my CF truck chassis and going twin axles at back but only about 6 ft

OK so it has been done. Thought it probably had but it has gone way further than I had in mind. I thought of adding maybe a metre or so, not turning it into a semi!
I was thinking of making a longer campervan was all.
Thanks for the input.

Theres alot of work that went into that van. I admire the effort and skills. The final appearance is not really for me, tho i love it all the same

There is a jumbo van here in NZ thats been extended, running a midmounted 400 chev (original engine placement from back of van), only seen photos of it but bodywork on it was very ripply .
just do a tandem, only need slight extension
I'm going to win the USA lottery (100 mill) and am going to hoard bedfords, until I have one of every type of custom *evil grin*
