Title: Front wheel cyl
Post by: Postie Bob on January 09, 2013, 03:51:03 PM
Hi.
Just pulled my front brakes apart and they need a complete o/haul.
Can someone point me in the right direction for cylinder repair kits ( or complete cylinder ) .
I,ve been searching my PC till I get a head spin but seems to be a hellova difference in parts and price .
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,  Bob.

Thanks mezzmo.
Better brakes are not in my area. I can get new cylinders ( $45 ea ) but need to know if there the right ones .
Are part numbers  P5923 & P5924 the correct ones for my `74 ?
Cheers, Bob
PS... still looking for a replacement master cylinder.

Got my mini wheel cylinders all fitted up . Ta for the info .
Half the cost to  :) .

Had to use a file on the backing plate holes though ( they didn,t quite line up ) .
Now have to attack the rear brakes . Hopefully there mini cylinders to .
I,m still after a r/h  door lock assembly if anyone has one to sell .
Cheers, Bob.
