Ok, the beddy is coming along nicely with all the mods i am doing.
Next it to get her water tight.
The drivers and passenger doors at the moment do not have any seal either interior or exterior.
Everyone i have spoken to says they are impossible to get hold of and to try clark rubber.
My problem is i dont have any existing rubbers to compare with.. surely someone on this forum has come across this problem before and found a solution.
Any tips, or drawings with dimensions for the rubbers as standard?
I dont like water dripping all over me, and definately dont want water inside the doors once i paint her this summer.

As well as the door rubbers, stick plastic over all the inside door openings - anywhere you see light.
Windscreen sealer is good for this, as it doesn't go hard and can be re stuck time after time.
Cut a piece of plastic a bit bigger than the hole, runa bead of windscreen sealer on the edge of the hole, press on the plastic - done.
Doing this will also stop a lot of water getting inside.
Sorry can't help with the rubbers

Try
Spectrum Rubber http://www.spectrumrubber.com.au/ (http://www.spectrumrubber.com.au/)
They also have the felts for inside the windows.

Ok, try clarke rubbers they can supply at least 4 of the rubbers you need, also try a company called scotts rubbers, i think they are in sydney, and they can actually make the rest of the rubbers to order, on the roll. I will just confirm scotts for you, i will dig up their link, just make sure i have the right info.

another good trick is where the existing pinch strip is on the front and rear of the door jam weld in the top piece that the bedford designers and builders forgot to add.
and use a commodore pinch strip that has the door seal stuck on it.
leave the existing bedford door rubbers on the doors as well and its nearly as water tight as a fishes *
no anoying cold wind or noises in your right ear either.

Ok, here is the info, these guys will make the rubber from scratch for you if you have a sample, assuming they dont already have it. Also if they do a special one off order they told me that i would have to buy the whole roll. Which is fair.

if enough beddy owners needed the rubbers it would pay to get a roll made up.

We did this and it's well worth it. Pinchweld with a soft side-blister is available from Clark Rubber. We also installed a bent strip of angle to the interior wheel arch to continue the pinchweld right around the door.
Lack of wind noise is amazing

sweet.. cheers guys..
i am keen on a bulk order if we get the numbers... i am going to replace every rubber on the girl this summer, so i dont mind buying and storing them until the paint goes on.
Otherwise i will hold out until the paint, no point putting it all on, just to take it off again i 3 months time
