its a way to build custom fibreglass bits,

use expander foam

shaping it once cured,

fibreglass over it,

pull foam out from behind it.

now you can fit it:)

the expander foam works out pretty expensive im not sure of a cheap way of using expander foam.. althou if you got a few old fridges lying around they have the same cured foam in them. you can wreck the fridges for the foam and just stick the foam blocks on instead. if you can get fridges for free your laughing. then its only the time it takes to wreck the fridges:(
