I don't know if there would be any advantage in this except it would be more honest.

delete all the ghosts after 12mths, let it be known on signup that dorment users will be deleted after 12mths , then if their fair dinkum they will at least sign in to keep on.
then we will see and know the real numbers.
i recon theyd be lucky to be 30 real members.

there is 30 perth based members . I get more pms from them than posts.
