Used to have sliders myself and it was pretty cool cruising around with the doors open. Lost a couple of spanners whem cornering and nearly a dog though - got to watch that! ;D

HEAPS quieter with slam doors when I fitted them.

yeah u just gota watch ur possesions on the dash or floor as u go sidewyas around corners ;D ...also things can get sucked out...one way of keeping the carpet clean eheheheh
