Title: 6 stud PCD
Post by: BlackBedford on August 23, 2011, 10:28:50 AM
G'day
In my inquiries for a disc brake front end for a CFL, I have been asked what is the PCD of the CFL. I know it is the same as the early Transit 6 stud, however I do not know the actual measurement is. Can anybody help?

Chris

I thought for a 6 stud PCD it was messsured from one point on one stud to the same point on the opposite stud.

And for 5 studs messure from one point on stud 1 to the same point on stud 3, and subtract half the dia of the stud.

But I could be wrong :(

G'day

That is do-able if you are near a CFL, which I am not.
Also does anybody know of a CFL front end in Sydney for sale or loan for use in setting up a 6 stud disc brake front end?

****Update****
Forget about the above.
The bloke who did MR C's disc brake conversion cannot remember how he did it.
