Hey guys and gals its been a long time, hope you lot have been behaving!! Hope everyone has a had a great xmas and New Year - special thoughts for those of you involved in these floods.
Speaking of which, on February 20th there will be a Car / Van / Custom show in Braeside brought to us by Race Paint. Now those of you who dont know, Race Paint is owned and run by John Evans, the man behind Van Craft, Easyroller, Freedon Machine and basically a pioneer of the whole van movement and he is one of the most well respected men in his feild including the airbrush.
There will be airbrush displays (so you may just get some tips from the great man himself), stalls, merchandise etc and all proceeds are going to help the special children of the floods through the Variety Club. The Green Beddie will be there in all her dusted, dirty & dented glory (prior to her freshen up for the next bash) so please email me with any expression of interest and i will pass all of the details onto John.
I urge you all to get behind this great cause and if you're not showing your van, just come along for the day and lend your support. Lets show these guys that the vanning fraternity is alive and well.
You can pm me on dsh@net2000.com.au
Cheers

hey mez, pity he is in vic, the stories he would have on some of the biggest beddy stars of the past. Maybe you could ask him if he has kept an album of his work from the 70s, maybe you could share his pics with us in a special album. I have never met the man, but have certainly seen his work over the years. Good luck with show guys.
