Hey gazza, mate things are getting a bit hairy here now, as of an hour ago the brisbane river was just 3'' from bursting its banks, which is what happened in 74, and we know the results there. And to add to it, this time tomorrow there is a king tide on the way, so add about a meter, and things are not looking good. Bris CBD is now being evacuated. Ok correction, the bris river has just burst its banks, with 8 dead, its 74 again, so its hit the fan now, we are about 40ks from the cbd, but at this point we will probably have 24hrs and we could be off line for a while.
