Title: Fuel tank

Can anyone tell me if the pipe that goes into the fuel tank is suppost to be loose, Its only slightly loose, but I don’t think its right, anyone got any ideas thanx pete

No it is not. When you're talking about fuel everything should be tight.

you want to have some deep sockets to undo the nuts. much easer. rattle gun? youll have it out in 10 mins.
