Hey blackbeddy, mate i wish i had that many vans in my yard.  ;D The van you have now, that has the air con in it, do you have pics of the air con ? do you know what system they used ?

The air con is a standard under dash unit fitted hanging from the roof. There is enough room in a CFL to do it. The condensor is fitted at the front hanging behind the bullbar. It works very well.
I will get some photos posted when I get a chance. I am building a couple of carports today.

Thanks mate, we are looking at what we can use as we write, at the moment we are designing all the fluid and cooling gear, so any help would be great.
