"Multi-Drill" will they fit a bedford stud pattern? and are all multidrill's the same?

Not sure,I think multi drill covers Ford & Holden you might have to check with a tyre place as I'm unable to

I stuffed up, the front wheels are 15 x"6" x 3.5 backspace
