I saw a FREAKIN AWESOME yellow SWB with a pop top and a green and red pin strip the length of the body with a slight kick up at the back i think, driven by an old bloke yesterday. He was going in the other direction so i didn't have time to get a pic, but the van looked very straight, very nice paint
-
That army green camper was up for sale in the quokka for a little while. :)
-
spotted a really neat white one the other day that had a mechanic workshop labelled on the side.
a SWB beddy being used as a parts runner no doubt. super clean.
-
Sounds like "fat Cf". was it in the vic park area by any chance Trex? ;)

-
I have had a look at that one up close and it is a very neat and tidy unit. Last time i spoke to him i think he was building up a killer 308 motor to go into it!!! ;D
-
Saw a very tidy CF Truck with an aluminium tray full of wheelbarrows and Ladders in Ossy Park today.
it wasnt red and didnt have a driver with a maniacal grin so I havent seen it on here. White van and tray.

Saw this truck out at the race track on sunday, it was with a race car i hadn't seen before, so it may well be there next meeting too. Looked pretty nice, my phone had died so the images aren't as good quality as they could have been.. but anyway.. enjoy

-
nice looking rig, what was he racing?
-
did ya stik a buga card on it?
saw a tierd white/blue camper on wanneroo rd this arvo , luton style camper ......heading in the oposite direction..north about 5ish
-
rossie, i'm not sure exactly which car he was with as there were a couple of cars there that aren't usually in those bays, but he may well have been with the skyline that was behind it..
The van only pulled up next to the car as i was leaving after our races had finished..
Dano, i didn't have any with me unfortunately, i'll be sure to keep a rheem of fliers in the bedford when i have the finishing touches complete for future situations like this..
The truck looked pretty immaculate, i couldn't see any rust anywhere, paint looked flawless(for a quick look) interior looked very nice and neat, well done and understated, tray looked well looked after, surprisingly the rims looked to suit it too
-
your phn may of been going flat but the pics are great, just proves a beddy can make anyone a good photographer lol ;D reminds me of the 80s when i was doing a lot of racing, i used to see lots of bedfords as support vehicles and tow trucks, the carparks would be beddy heaven. the good old days.
George.

George, my phone was dead flat so i had to use the missus's phone, there is quite a difference in the quality unfortunately.. The photos still came up pretty good tho, i reduced the size of them so you can't really tell, but the originals tell the true story..
The photos dont really do the truck justice.. they more give you an idea of how good it is
-
hey matte, for me any custom beddy pic makes my day, lol i am just a bedford junkie, i dont know why always have been. Transits, chevs, just dont do it for me, beddys, im hooked.
TIP: I always carry my 10meg pocket camera in my back pack on the back of my chair, just in case.
My problem is i always see vans when i'm driving, and with handcontrols, i need 3 hands. lol ;D If the truck is there next time you go to the track, snap us some more.
George.
-
love the stero placement..
very clever
tidy looking truck ;D
-
mark, i thought the same thing, which is why i stuck my arm in to take a photo.. they didn't look too happy when i did it tho.. haha

-

-
spotted a perfectly empty spot in my driveway where there SHOULD be a bedford parked.
I WANT ONE NOW! haha.
wish i jumped that black/purple one that was up for grabs. unfortunately the stars just didnt align.
-
how much u want to spend on one?
-
4-5k would be ideal,
but if i want something enough my budget can stretch.
just want something neat and swb.
-
Griff, i never made it up that end of the track last meeting, but that one looks great too.
If they're both there for the june meeting, that'll be atleast 3 bedfords.. we're taking over slowly......
-
What day in June I'll try and make it four :o maybe the next run , ? hey fella's?
-
Drove past the old bedford with the camper back by the new bridge in freo.
Don't think I have seen it move from that spot in some time now :(
-
Dano, i'll get back to you with a date.. we're racing in collie on the 15th of may, so i'll be dragging my van out of the shed for that as i'll need somewhere to sleep. But i don't expect to see any of the vans above out at collie as not all divisions will be racing..
anyway i'll let you know the date probably tomorro.

is that the green van that everyone is talking about that disapeared if so looks like they have found it lol lol lol
-
hey jim, i dont think so, i suspect that when they do find that green van they will find a couple of other things inside, this is another hoffa case, they made sure that it was never to be found. It pays to be dumb sometimes, a little knowledge can be dangerous.
