Hi Guys, I dont know how much of this info is already on the site, but I will pass on what I have. Late last year when I was researching what power rack I should go with, I eventually spoke to the senior engineer for Fulcrum here in Brissy and was surprised to find some very common racks that will fit our bedfords. The list I am posting, are all cars here in oz, and all front mounting racks -:
LH Torana
VE Commodore
VS-VG falcon
Ford Territory [ late ]
Subaru Liberty [ he still had to look into some more ]
Leyland P76
Ford Transit [ 97-98 which is the rack I ended up going with - bolt up simple after new braket was made]
I hope this gives the bedford world a bigger choice.

Yep, went with the 98 Frod Transit rack myself. Think I got lucky as I have been told there are 2 different racks, I know mine was the longer of the two.

hey george, thats a decent list of rack you have there, well done.
I think you might want to check the 'vs-vg falcon' again though..
bf-fg falcon? vs-vz commodore?

Thats ok matte, I wouldnt know one falcon from another, I used to think falcons had wings and flew through the air. lol. I am a holden guy, we had holdens all our life, from the first fj holden my parents bought new. The guy was rattling off models and names like crazy, so if I have one or two letters mixed up I appologise. He did definately say that one of the falcons could be used.
Hey Bas, did you have a problem with the RHS engine mount being a touch too close to the shaft that couples onto the column ? if so how did you combat it. We gave the mount a slight touch up with a big shifter and gave it a bit of a dent so the shaft had some clearance to turn. We have our rack dead center, if we off set a bit to the right no problem, but for future serviceing or replacement, center was best. We also have to shorten the tierod ends and redo the threads to fit new shorter ends on.

George, no problems with the RHS engine mount, my van was factory fitted withe the holden six in NZ this is rare, so mounts may be a bit different, yes tierods about 2 - 2.5 inchs shorter, and re threads. Bas

might want to look at the torana one aswell as toranas didnt come out with power steer
