Because I was only doing the inside he used garnet, or sand. My van turned 35 this year, and surprise 95% of the floor and van was solid steel, there was a bit of swiss cheese which you will see when I post pics tonight.

6hrs work = $600, that was for - time to finish stripping my seats out and bed frame out, sandblasting and etch priming, and cleanup when he was finished. In my case I could not remove my seats on my own, and I could not prime the finished sandblasting myself. We also did all the work inside my workshop, because of the rain outside, so he had some clean up to do. For other people, he would expect the van to be stripped when he got there, and he prefers not to do priming, again most people in here could do their own primer.  I would recommend ross for anyone who needs work done, he specialises in cars, as apposed to some others that do mainly earthmoving machines that dont require suce delicate work to avoid metal warping. And most all, he is on time.

my van (in parts) was about a grand to sand blast, thats all the panels removed and blasted inside and out (guards, door skins removed, sills ...), only part they couldn't do was the roof cause that was off as well but hard no strength and the heat would of warped it - i was willing to risk it but the blaster wasn't - only cause i was changing the whole roof style
