Title: Seat ideas

Everyone

I'm looking for ideas for the passenger and drivers seats for my CF. Usually when I fit new seats in cars I always fit a pair or Recaros but I'm looking at doing something a little different this time.

I'm picturing some captain type seats with arm rests but I've got no clue where to find something like these. Anyone know of any particular auto mobiles that have them?

I know a lot of prime movers have them but unfortunately theres no truck wreckers over this side of town :(

Hey Shane..
I had the same idea for my CF.

Couldn't find captains chair type seats anywhere.

Ended up going with XA - XC Falcon bucket seats. Stripped the seats, made the foam in the base a little smaller around to fit in with the engine cover. Got some armrests off a Yr22 Tarago people mover & welded the armrest mounts on the Falcon seats. Works perfect.

For the bases I used swivel bases - i think they're from a Transit van.

Came out pretty good.

try a motorhome supplyer shane, a lot of the captains cheers come with seatbelts as part of the frame, dont no about aussie but ya got to get them certified over here, the mounts that is, you would probably have to get something abit smaller to fit the bedford, some of those captains chairs are quite large, or you could buy a set of swivel bases out of a jap van and install your own fold up arm rests, its not to hard, have done a few myself for customers cheers stevo 8)

Hi guys, my cf has chrysler voyager captains chairs in it, my wife has a 2006 tarago and it also has armrests on the seats

doesn't the delica have swivels as well?
