Title: Vin/chassis number

Hi guys,

I've had someone email me asking the follow:

hi
i am trying to locate a vin/chassis number for a 1967 bedford bus possibly 41 seater for rwc
thank you

Maybe someone can reply here with a detailed answer for future reference.

i would let the R.T.A find it themselves. they are the experts right?  ;D

RTA doesn't generally do the RWC though. :P

apparently on a 77 they are behind the passanger side front wheel...

if he has the numbers he could stamp them in a place he thinks is correct, have done that on a 46 chev b4
then he will always find them!

ive got a 68 beddie bus n my vin no is located on the drivers side of the engine cowling near
the clutch pedal cheers
