Hi guys

A sad decision but I am selling my Beddy already :(  I've come to realise over the past couple of months that I will NEVER find the time to get done to her what I want...

Our new house is soaking up whatever spare time and $ I seem to come by, so I am planning to spend a couple of years getting on top of the house stuff, and then look at a Beddy project again after that.  There's just no point her sitting around getting no love for a few years - so hoping some one with time to attend to her needs picks her up!

Couple of pics

Specs:

- 1977 Bedford CF short wheel base, licensed through to Feb 09 (recently painted but needs some rust work done)
- Holden 253 V8 (approved and noted on rego papers)
- Trimatic gearbox
- Ford 9" diff
- HZ front disc brake conversion
- Brand new Holley 450 carb
- Brand new K&N air filter
- Pacemaker extractors
- New exhaust
- New Pedders polyurethane bushes
- Transmission oil cooler
- New Delco-remy High Energy Ignition distributor
- New left hand bearings, tie-rod and upper ball joints
- New Monroe front and rear shocks
- Brand new front tyres
- Mags
- New HID headlights
- New water pump
- New brake master cylinder
- VDO gauges
- CD player
- extra parts etc etc

Plus you also get a second unregistered Beddy (SWB Camper)... which seems to have good panels where the main beddy has bits of rust - so between the two a rust free beddy was the plan :)

That's sad to hear Adam.

That's a damm good asking price though. I'd be wanting double that if I were to sell mine and mine is stock standard ???

Tough call Adam, but maybe some good could come out of it. How about some sort of deal with Pickmeup, the beddy goes to a good home, Pickmeup gets a pickup and no one gets f***ed up :D

I have thought about selling my bedford once and I couldn't do it, I sold a motorbike and another car instead.
When it comes down to it - you gotta do what you gotta do, hopefully you will sell it without hassle and when
you can put the time into one again - hopefully you will find one without too much hassle.

I feel for you mate, hard thing having to sell the bigdog...
